Personalized Baby Gift I have a mistake on my blankie. Can I send it back to you so you can fix it?

-Unfortunately, our embroidery machines stitch the entire 50 characters of a side at one time and therefore, we're not able to fix just one letter, number or word. What we can do is re-make the blankie for you if you so choose.

-Double check your confirmation email you received from us...
Baby Blankie -Did we make the blankie as it was ordred? In other words, if the mistake was made in the order entry, then we produced the blankie as it was ordered. We try to catch errors but can't always guarantee that, so we ask you to very carefully check the confirmation email... and we even give you some wiggle-room to make minor, obviously-needed corrections.

Embroidered Baby Blanket We will glady re-make the blankie for 50% of cost + shipping. We call it the "50%-Rule," and it is our best resolution to try to make a bad situation into a postive for everyone. Please know that Sonya and FITB are not responsible for replacing any blanket at our expense unless we make an error on our end that results in the customer receiving something other than they ordered.

-We understand it can be a tricky situation when you've received it as a gift. We recommend that 1.) if you feel comfortable doing so, contact the gift-giver who can in turn contact us about their options OR 2.) take advantage of our "50% Rule" where we will gladly fix the error and remake the blankie for you for 50% of the purchaser's cost + shipping.
