Is a receipt included in the box?

Personalized Blankies Nope. Consider your confirmation email your receipt. This way, if the blankie is shipping to the recipient, they won't get a receipt with their gift.

Ordering 2 blankets

Embroidered Baby Blankie We don't have the technology set up yet to place orders for multiple blankets. But, we still do it all the time. Place the orders each - separately. Then, when you receive your confirmation email, reply back to it and let us know that you need your orders shipped together. We can refund you some of the shipping charges.

First, you'll see a "thank you"page after you submit your order. Second, you should receive a confirmation email from orders@fillintheblankie.com that details the particulars of your blankie order. If neither of those happened, chances are your order was not successfully submitted. But, you can always send us an email at checkmyorder@fillintheblankie.com to verify we have it in our system.

I received 2 confirmation emails...

Baby Blankie Either we could be experiencing a problem on our end or, you could have accidentally submitted the order twice. Should that occur, immediately, reply back to one of the emails to let us know you received multiple confirmations. We'll check on it and either refund you the extra charge or let you know that there's not a problem.

How long will it take to get my blanket?

Embroidered Baby Blankets -Normal production is 5-7 business days. Rush production is 1-2 business days.
Baby Blankies -Regular shipping takes 2-3 business days. Express takes 1-2 business days.
Personalized Blankie -So, you could get it as early as 2 business days, or close to 10, depending on what you chose.
