1) PAYMENT POLICY / NO REFUNDS

Unfortunately, since our personalized blankets are created according to your specifications and start our internal production process as soon as we receive your order we process your credit card immediately and are unable to offer refunds for orders once they have been submitted.

2) IMPORTANT SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Address Verification
Providing us with valid shipping addresses is critical to getting your order out in a timely manner. Please feel free to go to: http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp to verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Note we are NOT responsible for lost packages and/or costs associated with reshipping orders that get returned to us.

We only provide tracking and delivery confirmation
No signature required for delivery. We ship using "Priority Mail" and "Express Mail" through the USPS. We do NOT require a signature for delivery but, do add tracking to every order to ensure it makes it to the address you provided us with.

Estimated Production and Shipping Schedule Information
Most orders typically ship within 9-12 business days unless you have specifically requested our "rush production service" which is offered as an option above. While we continue to strive to stay on (or ahead of) schedule on all of our orders, occasionally we may fall a few days behind if we receive an unusually large influx or orders at any one given time. Normal production timing estimates are just that - estimates.

If you are running tight on timing -- "rush production" is strongly encouraged -- as it is OUR and YOUR  only guarantee that your blankie will be made within a maximum of 3 business days after receipt of your order (most are made and shipped within 24-48 hours).

The fee associated with "rush production" simply covers the overtime expense of having our folks stay late to make blankets that have to get out the door asap.

3) FINAL COPY APPROVAL

Be sure to review your copy. If edits are required return to the top of page and make those edits now. Note that each font has its own unique features and characteristics. Numbers and letters for each font have been designed as part of a unique series. Avoid using ~, @ and & signs as not all fonts offer those characters. If using international characters with accents be sure that the font you select is in fact rendering out the text that you want below. If your text is not displaying correctly here -- it will not embroider correctly, so please take time to review this copy. If you are running into issues try a different font by clicking here or edit your text to eliminate any characters that are not displaying (or not displaying correctly).
