When such instances occur -- we reserve the right to upgrade you (the customer) to a blanket of equal to or better quality or high retail price as long as we can find a similar replacement with regard to color, size, quality, etc. If such an instance should occur -- Fill In The Blankie.com will notify you by email letting you know of the upgrade we are in the process of making on your behalf in an effort to keep your blanket order on schedule.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Dallas, TX.

No user accounts or user information can be retrieved.

Policy Changes:
